Focus on Dianna Young, Region President--
For those of you who don't know me, and I know there are many, here's a little bit about me.
I have been a professional educator since 1994, beginning my career as a substitute teacher. From 1986 until 2003, I worked in the Chowchilla School District, serving as a teacher for 12 years and Assistant Principal for five. In July 2003, I began working for the Madera County Office of Education. For three years I was the Director of Curriculum and Instruction; and for the last year, I have served as the Director of Regional Leadership Services (RLS). RLS works to provide professional development and school and district improvement services to those in our region.
During the time I am not working, I like to be with my family, (My parents still live in the home in which they raised my brother, sister and me.) I also scrapbook and do needlecraft, althought not as much as I would like.
I look forward to our time together celebrating our achievements.
